100 % des habitants proches des transports en commun à Paris… mais pas en banlieue

La capitale française est au premier rang de l’étude d’une ONG sur l’équipement en transports rapides dans 26 grandes métropoles.

Si vous habitez Paris, vous êtes assurés à 100 % d’accéder près de chez vous à un transport en commun : métro, tram, bus disposant d’un couloir de circulation dédié… La capitale française arrive en tête d’un classement réalisé par l’Institute for Transportation and Development Policy (ITDP). Dans un rapport, publié mardi 11 octobre, cet organisme spécialisé dans les transports en commun a recensé dans 26 métropoles mondiales le nombre de personnes habitant à moins d’un kilomètre d’un réseau « efficace », c’est-à-dire rapide, fréquent, avec des arrêts rapprochés.
